Our 57 Build

  • THE CALL

    The client called 

    requesting his build to be done in a short 

    period of time.

    CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

  • WHAT WE STARTED WITH

    We found our body . It wasn't in the best shape but we knew we could make it work .

  • WE STARTED TO MOCK

    We built the frame from scratch so we had alot of adjustsment to make to the frame and body .

  • WHEN WE SAY CUSTOM WE MEAN CUSTOM

    Frame was built completely out of aluminum.

  • DID WE TELL YOU IT WAS A 4 SEATER?

    The frame had to be long and able to hold four people so safety was our priority.

  • THE COAT

    It was coated with  absorbent linings protect your ride from dings, scratches, and scrapes.

  • BODY PREP

    Preparing the carts surface for painting: cutting, sanding and priming. 

  • THE PAINT

    From there, all we had to do is choose the correct paint color and apply it evenly over the surface for a smooth finish that is indistinguishable from the original paint.

  • THE INTERIOR

    We wanted to provide the customer with the highest quality of craftsmanship so we did.

  • RIMS

    Cant have a custom cart with out some chrome rims.

  • DELIVERY AND SATISFACTION!

    DONE AND DONE!!
